Engineer
The Engineer is a man driven by more than mere eccentricity.
Once a humble, hard-drinking builder in the Legion, he came to
be a master all manner of machines. Wielding a blunderbuss of his
own design and hoisting ale and a veritable armory on his back, he
is a strange but impressive sight on the battlefield.

so fucking OP late game, not even predator can handle this sh!t…every item engineer holds turrets will use? u kidding me?, the moment engineer get thunder claw or charged hammer its gg
Yaknow what pred can do, He can Just run away. ALso, WIthout tanking items, Engineer sucks SH*t. ALSO, YOu can just get Barbed armour and you`d rape engineer silly since all damage turret does is either redirected to him or his turret i think. If its late game, you can afford it. Stop whining nub
New engineer is complete garbage. 80% damage reduction on items on turret? Not even worth leveling it anymore, complete garbage hero now thanks S2.
Too many ppl complained and this is what happens. He is so much harder to play and his damage dropped significantly.
Well, i use a different build for him, i dont use Turret
i use Keg and stats…and spam Keg whenever i can, he can woop ass and survive at the same time, i even had pyro ulti me and used all his skill but failed to kill )me… ( Without any tank items, just 2 wraith bands i killed him instead multiple times! LOL!! XD
@MonketDread
I like your build and idea and it seems interesting enough to work. What is your item build?
yeah i also like that idea and would like to know the build and do you still get the ulti at lvl 6 or later?
Just level stats, ulti and keg.. Get ulti at 6
Ulti makes you fantastic.
guarantee pls…typo error
thank you sounds cool…you get the same items as usually?
You definitely need turret…
It’s still good with Thunderclaw. Turret Keg and Stats make a pretty effective Engineer.
Plus, Engineer is still an extremely effective farmer with well placed turrets and ring of the teacher. I outfarmed FA in lane with engineer, and that’s saying something.
KEGS + STATS + ULTI = GG when you reach lvl 13 start doing turret…
Items…
Ghost Marchers
2 wraith bands
After..
Thunderclaw Upgraded
than…
Frostburn
than….
Riftshards
than…
Wingbow
than..
Wathever you want xD
PS: If they got as lot of stuners just get Shruken Head !!! OFC
can i have a hero with a hat?
[...] buffs: Devourer Engineer Glacius Hellbringer Moon Queen Night Hound Nymphora Ophelia Pandamonium Pebbles Rampage Slither [...]
So no one uses tinker? I think it can help, but I suppose waiting until near end game for it might work…thoughts?
tinker’s good for boosting turret, killing towers, and early game if the enemy tower dives- it’s worth leveling, but it’s very situational. Depends, most of the time it’s only good late game when your turret is godlike. Engineer is now a normal hero, not OP, not terrible. I’m glad they nerfed that stupid turret. I know the turret is what used to make engi, but it was just too OP, it would have been fine if it was his ult instead of normal abilities though. I’m glad he’s been nerfed, but I can see why people dont like the nerf, because his turret is now nearly useless early/mid game.
This guy is cheap if someone is playing him good.

turret is extremely viable if stacked with the right items, it includes all chances to proc, all on hit effects etc, Thunderclaw is a must because the extra chance o proc chain lightning is rediculous as is Frostburn or nullblade, Its more about placing your turret well rather than letting it do all the work, and running it with an on attack slow or mana combustion is a very good way to do it. But the best way to use it is to stack Attack Speed rather than dmg and let your own agility spike your dmg. And Tinkering your turret is the best way to take advantage of its high attack speed now that tinker is no longer a channel
does anyone think portal key would be useful on enginer?
no, no one does.
pfffft haters…
Engineer is Epic with a capital E!
5v5, play him mid on his own, go turret first to farm creeps and level then go keg. Keg the enemy player mid as much as possible to force him to go regain health/mana etc.
At start i buy pots so i can stay out in the field longer then when i have enough i get sustainer.
Once he is level 8-10 i get tinker and tinker the fook out of my turret and start pushing back mid. Tinker is OP on enemy towers.
Well.. so far I’ve seen engineer is my best hero. However, I dont play at all like you do. First i start with turret. Then one point in keg, then point in turret. Then tinker, turret, ulti, turret, tinker, tinker, tinker, ulti.. etc
My items are nothing like yours as well. However the idea sounds good of having him dealing damage to hero, i found it way more useful to focus on towers. With level 1 turret and 1 tinker, you can destroy all towers. You just let the turret tank the shot of tower and keep tink up. That way the tower goes down quick. You just need to take care of creeps+hero with keg and such.
My items are nothing but a few supportive things, the defensive boots, mana ring thingy and a little later stealth. That way you can pretty much solo the whole game, if your playing with noobs. With higher stats it gets a little harder but with nice support it shouldnt be too hard. Imo ulti is quite situational… to get some protection most of the time.
well. i do get turret as my first skill. i finished first lvling up to lvl 3 both turret and keg. after lvl 6-8 i already have a thunder claw. then after that a boots then elder parasite then initiate on kong, then demonic breastplate then if theres still enough time i build also savage mace or riftshards if not enough funds. its hard sometimes coz most tank will concentrate only on me so i wont use my turret. the turret is a BIG help during clash especially if u tinker it.
I think this is the best, so called, Backdoor hero in HoN. Why? my answer is turret lvl 4 and tinker lvl 4. Use tiner on turret and its industruktable.
typo in his ulti, should be gUArantee
