I love Panda! Hes Great..
In My Build, I would max flick and cannon ball first! but also get the ulti when can..
You Flick and stun it a couple of times..at least u have made the enemies life down to 50% or something like that
after maxing flick and cannon ball.,.then i max flurry! Flick and Cannon Ball for the WIN! Flurry is the non-important early skills to get..is a mid game skills! coz u need alot of DAMAGE..so yeah get Flurry arounf lvl 10 or 12..

a counter for this guy would either be magebane or witch with the mana drain so he cant do he’s combo (flick then stun then ulti after ult finishes flurry and if your still not dead he’s stun is back in like 4 seconds.)

also good items for him is str boot items like frostburn and behe heart
