(im a noobs btw, but i think that would be good for him)
getting movespeed is essential-
hack and slash or geometer’s bane
and one of the boots
give you bonus movespeed and +22% ms- like having assassins shroud ms bonus on constantly. with this build you instantly get max ms with stampede, very nice for chases. This hero is so fun, try him. He boosted my noobish kda so much

I was playing a game with him yesterday.
There was a low health Pyromancer enemy running away and I Stampeded him and killed him then I ulted into a nearby enemy Torturer who was also running away. Was epic.
yea this guy owns late game. it was me vs 3 enemies and i killed them all.
good items are like insanitarius, phase boots, behe’s hart, or elder parasite. i havent tried hack n slash on him, but it doesnt look like it gives him that big of an attack bonus.

I think level 4 is 16% damage not 10%
Rampage is amazing. He’s a decent tank with a 4 second stun combo with a bash passive with +10%ms and 16%ms becomes damage (+78 damage if you have S&Y and steamboots) and an ability which at level 4 gives you +25% ms instantly, magic immunity, and reveals the targeted unit (stampede). tank with tons of bonus damage, passive bonusmovespeed, a great stun combo, and an ability which gives a ms bonus better than lothar’s with accelleration. Tell me this isn’t an awesome hero. 0_o
bob is right the skill progression for Might of the Herd is 4%, 8%, 12%, 16%
so yes they brough spiritbreaker back and buffed him, how sick is that?
@Wiadro those items are good but to make rampage more ownage get brutalizers..stun and 3rd skill, in DotA this item build was popular but since it was too imba they decided to not let brutalizers stack because it would be too cheap, but in this u can get it so yeah..oh yeh and shieldbreaker

Got these items under 10 minutes. Proceeded with a 16-0 game with 2 quad kills (last guy was foresting =\)
3.) Savage Mace (procs AMAZINGLY with horned strike, also gets those nasty agi carries with wingbows)
4.) Behemoth’s Heart (Massive hp gain and regen)
5.) Daemonic BreastPlate (massive tankage, aspd, and lowers their armor)
6.) Riftshard (proc-ed 1.2k damage with lvl 1 riftshard LOL)
Insanitarium is good option too, but I find these items are more useful imo. (You could try insanitarium after elder parasite for massive early-game damage)

I played rampage yesterday and targeted scout with stampede. in the middle of my run scout went stealth. rampage stopped because I lost sight of Scout. in dota spiritbreaker could see stealth heroes when we used charge on them before they gone stealth mode. is this a nerf of this skill? I got realy frustrated in that game because they had valkyrie on their team. I lost many kills and assist because of that. Can anyone give me a feedback on this?
im pretty sure the target only gets revealed when the charge reaches its top level (after like 9 seconds or something)

Wtf? No, when you charge with ramp against a hero that went invis, then you’ll run and attack them for only one hit. However, if you try to initiate a charge when they turn invis almost at the exact time or so, then the charge will be cancelled for some reason. the same thing happened with bara back in dota.
no, you don’t get my point. in dota i used bara’s charge to help my team kill heroes that can use invis to escape. if you used bara’s charge in dota about 2 sec before the enemy hero was going invis you could still see the enemy and the charge effekt was still on, but on rampage that didn’t work. he stopped in the middle of the run even after i used stompede 4 sec before scout where going invis.

Rampage isn’t so op, he can’t tank, he can’t carry he is jsut good for gank. The best thing you can do is to begin with tank item (your domage is good cuz of Might of the Herd) and get phase boots that give you more speed and more domage for 5 sec. Try to gank, a lot, don’t let enemy carry farm on side lane. You won’t get late game item like heart or wingbow but you will dominate your enemy.

RAMPAGE is not cool in chasing invis but spirit breaker is cool and can see invis for just 2 sec he stops in the middle of the game
