A ranger of the vast plains of Seradati, Rampage has captured in his human form the strength of the Beasts.  Atop his mighty rhino Horatio, Rampage smashes through enemy lines and moves at times with unnerving speed.

starting a Stampede that slowly builds in
speed and power until reaching the target,
stunning them.

Level 1 : Charges towards target, when within 450 ranges rampage pounces on target  stunning them for 1 second and pushing them back.
Level 2 : Charges towards target, when within 450 ranges rampage pounces on target  stunning them for 1.5 seconds and pushing them back.
Level 3 : Charges towards targe, when within 450 ranges rampage pounces on target  stunning them for 2 seconds and pushing them back.
Level 4 : Charges towards target, when within 450 ranges rampage pounces on target  stunning them for 2.5 seconds and pushing them back.

Stampede Effects
Gains +15/20/25/30 Movespeed per second
Gains Treewalking after 4 seconds
Movespeed boost retained for 3 seconds after impact

The rhino Rampage rides is a born leader, enhancing his movement speed and giving Rampage more damage the faster he is moving. Upon command his Rhino can stomp the ground, slowing people around himself.
Level 1 : Rampage gains +3% Movement speed in Attack damage. On use, stomps the ground  for 4 second, applying Herded.
Level 2 : Rampage gains +6% Movement speed in Attack damage. On use, stomps the ground  for 4 seconds, applying Herded.
Level 3 : Rampage gains +9% Movement speed in Attack damage. On use, stomps the ground  for 4 seconds, applying Herded.
Level 4 : Rampage gains +12% Movement speed in Attack damage. On use, stomps the ground  for 4 seconds, applying Herded.

Horned Strike

Rampage’s Rhino is known to gain strength the more he travels,
meaning the Rhino can unleash a devastating Horned Strike if they have traveled far enough together,
doing bonus damage and pushing then enemy backwards.

Level 1 : Pushes target 220 units over 0.95 seconds. Dealing 40 bonus Physical damage
Level 2 : Pushes target 220 units over 0.95 seconds. Dealing 60 bonus Physical damage
Level 3 : Pushes target 220 units over 0.95 seconds. Dealing 80 bonus Physical damage
Level 4 : Pushes target 220 units over 0.95 seconds. Dealing 100 bonus Physical damage

Rampage can use chains he carries around to grab an enemy hero,
stunning them and dragging them behind himself for a limited time.

Level 1 : Binds the target to Rampage for 3/3.5/4 seconds and the target is dragged behind him as he moves.
Level 2 : Binds the target to Rampage for 3.5 seconds and the target is dragged behind him as he moves.
Level 3 : Binds the target to Rampage for 4 seconds and the target is dragged behind him as he moves.

Cooldown 105/90/75 seconds
Rampage is Disarmed while dragging someone and the dragged target will take 20/30/40% of the distance they are dragged in Physical damage
If Rampage and the target he is dragging get separated by more than 500 units the chains are broken
