The best thing you can do is to begin with tank item (your domage is good cuz of Might of the Herd) and get phase boots that give you more speed and more domage for 5 sec. Try to gank, a lot, don't let enemy carry farm on side lane. You won't get late game item like heart or wingbow but you will dominate your enemy. Rampage isn’t so op, he can’t tank, he can’t carry he is jsut good for gank.
