Farm til he’s imba then fuck ‘em in the ARSE. Jungle with wards to prevent ganking and occasionally send the bear into the lane to try and get a kill after lv3 bear with a lucky entangle. I like to stay in ranged form predominantly.

Isn’t the duration of natural attunement on wild a little off?
the build is pretty simple, rush radiance on bear then get boots of speed for bear and sylla himself, after that you get vlads + an orb, either sny or diffusal (manta later on) for sylla and finish it up with heart and treads
never got how a bear could entangle ppl, would make more sense if they got stuck in honey or something than having vines magically bind them to the floor
Yeah because bears shit honey, right? It’s a fantasy game, vines are used because it has to do with nature, honey has nothing to do with bears besides the fact that they eat it.
It seems that boo isn’t as hardy as Spirit Bear. Anyone have an idea why?

In my opinion the perfect way to play Wildsoul is:
1 Set of items: Boots and the trees that give u hp
2 Item: Helm of the dominator (DOTA name)
3 Item: Phased Boots (DoTA name)
4 Item: Boots On Bear
5 Item: Brutalizer
6 Item: Shrunken Head (Depends on whether there are lots of spammer enemies) (PS if u have magmus in the opponent’s team its a perfect item so u can kill him while in his ulti)
7 Item: Helm of the Dominator —–> Satanic (DoTA name)
8 Item: Butterfly (DoTA name)
That’s all folks! If you have these items you can kill 2 at least of them at any time. To get these items you must not be a retard or your teammates, and know how to farm (last hits, woods, Hero kills).
Ohhh and i like to play him as a tank! He rulez… If u have brutalizer by level 13-16 u can easily solo kongor.
of course sange yasha is a very good item for him

Things u dont need are S&Y as u have ur attack/movement speed buff.
or a radiance, although its nice for some farming.
For ‘n orb effect i would recomment a Sty Deso cuz u will bash/entangle every single second!

first of all u didnt even use dominator or vladimirs so u dont have lifesteal which is needed.
Also, assault cuirras is practically redundant if u have sty deso and vice versa. U dont need the attack speed it gives neither the armor buff (since u allready have 3.2 k life) and armor reduction. Walking through creeps and the movement speed boost u have for 5 sec with phased boots is much better than the attack speed and perhaps life or extra dmg treads give u.

Stygian Desolator is not the reason for Wildsoul to get more bashes or entangles! These two things are in no way connected. The chances of bashes and entagles increase with the increase of attack speed in Wildsoul and bear. Since the sty deso gives no attack speed and only dmg and the passive armor reduction, it plays no role in this.
I usually get a couple wraiths then rush Frostwolf’s Skull. Firstly ecause entangle is totally unreliable, you need a slow to be able to catch up with your enemies. It also provides plenty of stats making you a very formidable tank in Bear Form. I dont get dps items first because Wildsoul + Booboo’s combined damage is already pretty good. After Frostwolf just stack damage items if your team needs a carry. Tank if you need a tank. Or both if you are owning.

Am I the first one to notice Booboo is the name of Yogi Bear’s sidekick?
Usually I start out with marchers and life tube on this guy and solo mid. After that, you can upgrade boots to steamboots(stats) enhanced marchers(atk speed + unitwalking) or post haste (very useful for this guy with this build imo) but problem is that poste haste is pretty expensive so I usually get enhanced marchers because when you phase you get the post haste movement speed for a little while atleast. I’ve gotten steamboots on him before, but I find that enhanced marchers is better. so you have enhanced marchers and life tube, and maybe by this time 1 or 2 kills. Then you start building thunderclaw. Once thunderclaw is built, you can go lifetube–>vanguard OR lifetube–> null stone(linkin sphere). Then, I make abyssal skull for my team, bear, myself, and the dmg increase. After this I upgrade my thunderclaw to charged hammer. By this time you rape really hard, and then you can make butterfly or heart. This build works pretty nicely for me, I just went 15 and 3 with it so it’s not bad. I don’t put more than marchers on my bear ever, works fine for me- any semi-expensive items limit my carrying potential late game.

Heres what u do with wildsoul:
Starting items:
Booboo: shield, axe
Wildsoul: 1 stack of runes
Jungle at lvl 1 to allow 2 solo lanes + u.
At 1k gold go into a lane and send booboo as a courrier to get you and him boots. Return to jungle.
From here i find there are 2 options.
A: 1. Phase boots on both you and booboo for easy ganks
2. Helm of black legion on you.
3. Wingbow
4. Situational (frostwolf, charged hammer, savage mace, its up to you)
B: 1. Hack and slash (constant 493 movement speed and a 20% slow means ur enemies will never get away)
2. Wingbow

Note: Wildsoul shoul be played as a semi tank, once u reach wingbow in the 2 builds i mentioned, you should never die if u play him right. I do vary the builds sometimes cause because, but i always try to pick items that have both dps and some survivability.

i usually stack gloves of haste on the bear + hyper stone, your bear will entangle every 3 hits…
also, try the ice brand on wild soul, and your opponent would not have any chance of escaping unless they blink or stealth…
play with your bear as disabler/tank and you as dps and you would own bigtime…

One Possible Item Build

Starting items:
Marchers
Lifetube
Since Wildsoul doesn’t have any abilities to directly assault enemy heroes, to harass an enemy you need to get within 450 range so your ranged attack can hit. You can also send in Booboo, but if he dies you just gave the enemy 100 gold, and you have to wait for the cooldown on the summon spell again. So, getting within 450 range of the enemy is risky, and you will likely be attacked back by any ranged heroes. That’s why you need Lifetube.
Also, without any stun, slow or high damage nukes, you are very susceptible to ganking without the ability to immediately counter attack. That’s why I recommend Marchers as early as possible: you are all about speed.
Middle game items:
Warpcleft
Steamboots or Post Haste (take your pick)
Thunderclaw
Sustainer
The combination of Warpcleft and Thunderclaw will make you a godlike creep killer: with a 20% chance to cast a 150 damage chain lightning on every attack, and a high attack speed, you will be able to clear out a set of creeps in seconds, advancing your team. If you got exactly what I stated earlier, you should now have a full inventory.
End game items (in order of priority):
Charged Hammer (eats Thunderclaw)
Daemonic Breastplate (eats Warpcleft)
Null Stone (eats Sustainer)
Hack and Slash
With your high hit points and armor by now, you should be able to fearlessly and constantly use Bear Form. For your sixth inventory slot (if you still have money) you might look into a life stealing item.
The final build is focused around high instantaneous damage (Charged Hammer), extreme attack speed and armor (Daemonic Breastplate), anti-magic properties (Null Stone), and a hero ganking effect (finally!) with the Hack and Slash’s slow on hit.
One particular benefit of using multiple Morph Attacks with high attack speed is that, the more frequently you attack, the more you get chances to proc these attacks. So the Wildsoul is particularly qualified to use Morph Attacks. Also, you can creep while using the Charged Hammer, and any nearby heroes will likely get hit by a few Chain Lightning bursts (now for 200 damage instead of 150), which is usually enough to make them back off without a direct confrontation.
