hey im pretty sure its not 0.65% its just a constant 0.65 else woulda be a crap item
+0.65% would be ways bettar that +0.65 if you would a mana pool above 100(all have). You’re wrong!
Nah, Marcelo Giron is right, because it would mean that your regeneration increases by one, so unless your mana regeneration is 100 mana/s, 0,65 mana per second is better
gaurdian ring -> guardian ring

IN DOTA: Ring of Basilius
funny since the ring would give you an increase mana regen with 0,65% wich is bogus… the static mana regen is way better.
Just going to put in a footnote for those who do not think in the beginning of games.
Not all heroes should get this ring, and those that should should not always get it at the start. I have seen too many people buy this and a health potion, and many were heroes like Night Hound (Rikimaru). Just because some heroes are good with this doesn’t mean they all are.
I say this is pretty good to buy from the start for supports like Accursed and Jereziah (and others but I haven’t played w/ them yet). It has a nice damage boost, plus armor and mana boosts for you and your teammates (see? already supporting from the start!) and, since mana is important in the beginning, this is more useful than those mana potions. Still, with Jereziah I start with this and a mana potion, and that lets me last a looong time in a lane and then I can buy a homecoming stone at the outpost to go to base and presto! I’m quickly the highest level hero. And don’t forget this is useful for synthesizing for a better support item later on, Nome’s wisdom
