Post-Haste is still better for casters.
it was good for dps heroes. It used to give 30 attack speed. now it gives bonus armor (aka protection so casters can cast) and +17?!?!?! intelligence. Ridiculous if you ask me. I think casters have plenty of items already, especially compared to the number of items dps heroes like agility heroes have. this one one of the last. on the other hand this change was made in dota and they adapted to it so it’s really icefrog’s fault.
they changed it now +5 all attributes and +5 your choice of attribute, way better in my opinion ;D
